C.H.H.C., A.A.D.P.

Sheila Piehler is a certified Holistic Health Coach through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She has been in the health & wellness field for thirty years beginning as a group fitness instructor, health club manager, personal trainer and finally pursuing her passion for nutrition and earning her nutritional coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2011. She considers herself a lifelong student, always learning by reading and studying the work of the superstars in nutrition, functional medicine and fitness. Currently Sheila is taking the ADAPT course through the Kresser Institute for Functional and Evolutionary Medicine.

Prior to joining the team of wellness warriors at Advanced Wellness, Sheila worked with clients in her practice, Vision Nutrition Institute. She is also the creator of 12 Weeks to A Fit Bride, an online coaching program that provides the roadmap for brides to get “wedding dress ready” and gives them the secrets to living “happily and healthily ever after” with their fiancés.

Sheila is passionate about supporting, leading and inspiring her clients to live happier and healthier lives and reaching their personal health and wellness goals. Her belief is there is no one-size-fits-all solution, so she personalizes programs for her patients based on their goals, lifestyle and current health.

Sheila is a mom of three sons, ages 16, 21 and 23, and understands the unique challenges that moms (and dads) face when raising a family while working outside the home and striving to live a healthy lifestyle. Her motivation is fueled by a desire to share the truth about optimal health, in doing so exposing the lies the food companies perpetuate at the expense of the health of our children. Sheila will navigate the way through the very confusing and conflicting nutritional advice you hear and read, debunking the common myths that are commonly accepted as truths.

Outside of working with clients Sheila loves spending time in the kitchen honing in on her culinary skills, spending time with loved ones and being active outdoors.
